Who doesn’t love a meal that’s quick and satisfying. This pork and sesame green beans will fill you up quick, without weighing you down. With just a few simple ingredients; dinner will be on the table in less than 10 minutes.
1/4 lb. pork tenderloin cut into 1/2″ strips
1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed
1/2 tsp. chili oil
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. Hoisen sauce
2 Tbsp. Water
In a large pot of boiling water, blanch your green beans and dry them. Place in a large bowl and drizzle chili oil over the beans. Toss the green beans to coat. Then sprinkle the sesame seeds on the green beans.
In a frying pan add the sesame oil and cook the pork strips for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the Hoisen sauce and water. Toss to coat.
Plate the pork and green beans and enjoy!
