The history behind Roots to Plate was simple. With several years working within the restaurant industry; it became clear that there were few alternatives for those seeking “at home” prepared meals. With many grocers moving towards providing organic foods as well as the growing community of organic gardeners: the need for freshly prepared meals was born. The goal was simple- provide fresh, affordable and seasonal meals that are catered to a clients dietary needs and desires. Roots to Plate has been delivering this approach in a Farm to Table style ever since!
