Pizza! It’s what’s for breakfast!

Don’t think pizza can make a healthy breakfast? Well this flavorful pizza is loaded with good for you toppings. Go ahead, indulge and have a slice or two. Pizza: your new breakfast treat!

Breakfast pizza

Using 1 whole wheat pita or white pita bread: toast until lightly golden. Mix together 2 tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt to 1 teaspoon lemon curd. Spread on top. Sprinkle a tablespoon of blue cheese. Add arugula, raspberries and a drizzle of balsamic.  Simple! Delicious! Pizza!
