Using 1 whole wheat pita or white pita bread: toast until lightly golden. Mix together 2 tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt to 1 teaspoon lemon curd. Spread on top. Sprinkle a tablespoon of blue cheese. Add arugula, raspberries and a drizzle of balsamic. Simple! Delicious! Pizza!
